Smocked Hem Crinkle Top - Terracotta

We love this gorgeous blouse!  She comes in two colors and we love the fit of it.  The bottom features a smocked waist band in the front and it lays so nicely.  Love the back of it and the slit at the bottom.  You can dress this one up or wear it casually!
