Returns & Shipping

Currently, Rooted will only offer in-store credit for returns or exchanges.

If you want to make a return, we must be notified via email or in-store within 7 days of your purchase or delivery of your purchase.  To make a return please email us at getrootedboutique@gmail.com or visit us in-store within 7 days of purchase. 

Please include the following in your return email: full name, order number and a note on which item(s) you want to return.  We’re always looking to improve!  If your item doesn’t fit true to size or you are not fully satisfied, let us know more details so we can better serve our Rooted Community in the future. 

 

All items returned must be: in the original, new condition, unworn, unwashed, free of scent.  Customer must have a receipt to exchange or return.  We do not cover return shipping.  All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.  Rooted Boutique is not liable for return items in transit.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return: all sale/clearance items, accessories and jewelry, bralettes and home decor items.

If you receive a damaged item, we must be notified via email (getrootedboutique@gmail.com) with a photo of the damages within 48 hours of delivery.

If your returned item(s) meet the criteria above, your return will be processed within 2 business days and a gift card will be issued to you for the amount of the return.

Shipping

  • $5 Flat Rate for all orders. FREE shipping on orders over $75. We ship all orders within 2-3 business days 
  • We ship to all locations within the United States other than Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Rooted Boutique is not liable for return items in transit.
  • Local Pick Up Available for FREE in Fulton, Illinois!  Details will be included in your confirmation email.
